Automatic Pallet Handling System
PDF Print E-mail

The pallet handling system minimises manual pallet handling and product breakage. The wet product is stacked vertically in a pallet stacker with a capacity of up to 32 pallets. A manually operated or fully-automatic finger car transfers the pallets to the curing racks. Typically these racks have a capacity of 2000 pallets per shift. After the initial curing period, the finger car transfers the pallets to a de-stacking unit, which feeds the pallets through to a cubing station.

Cubing Station

The cubing station creates product cubes ready for strapping or shrinkwrapping (not included). The empty pallet is then brushed and turned over for an increased lifespan, before being returned to the machine by a chain conveyor system

Features:

  • Automatic pallet stacker and destacker to accommodate up to 32 pallets
  • Manual or automatic finger car and transfer car for pallet transfer.
  • Chain conveyor system incorporating pallet brush and pallet turner
