The electric controls are completely integrated for a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controlled plant with minimal operator intervention. Weighing, mixing and block production fall under the control of one centralised PLC. Manual controls for all functions are provided for maintenance and alternative operating modes. Full SCADA packages are available to accumulate and distribute historical records of recipes and machine operation, and provide on-screen operating features and functionality.
